The Blume Womb Retreat

August 20-23, 2026

The Blume Womb Retreat is a place for women to come together, rediscover their innate cyclical wisdom by tuning in with their Womb.

Over four transformative days, this retreat offers a deeper understanding of your womanhood by exploring the menstrual cycle, its four phases, the inner seasons, the feminine archetypes associated with each phase, and how to embody and live in harmony with your feminine nature.

Your monthly menstrual cycle is your built-in ritual. When you begin practicing menstrual cycle awareness, you connect with a living presence within you. By allowing yourself to be guided by the death and rebirth process that exists within the cycle, you reconnect with the source of nourishment that restores your relationship with the natural world and the cycles of life.

As women, we experience internal seasons every month through our menstrual cycle. We are nature in motion—living embodiments of the feminine essence. The wisdom of how to live an earth-honoring and sustainable life is already present within our cycles. The cycle is your pulse, your organic timekeeper, and your guide to alignment.

The womb holds the deepest, most ancient secrets of life. It is our primordial voice and our connection to the web of life that unites all beings. Womb care is life care. When we shift our focus back to our center—our womb—we become grounded, present, and empowered.

Each woman’s womb holds its own rhythm, its own story, a tapestry of emotions, trauma, and ancestral lineage. Through menstrual cycle awareness and reconnecting with our cyclical nature, we can access our inner temple and hear the wisdom our womb offers. This is the ultimate path to living in alignment with your unique blueprint.

This retreat is a journey to reclaim the power within through practices, ceremonies, sisterhood, and teachings of the menstrual cycle. It’s a sacred space where women can express, heal, and empower one another in safety and solidarity.

*this retreat is for all women- whether you are still bleeding or already in menopause, or if you have experienced a hysterectomy. These practices are applicable to any woman who wants to create a deeper relationship to their womanhood and womb.

This is for the woman who is:

  • Experiencing painful cycles and hormonal imbalances that has left her feeling distrusting of her womb and body

  • Feeling misunderstood by our modern world that doesn’t support the feminine design and desires to feel empowered by it

  • Feeling disconnected to her life’s joy and pleasure, operating from survival mode

  • Moving through a big life transition that has left her feeling grief, loss of direction and in despair, seeking for new found inspiration and excitement

  • Has a mother or sister wound that has impacted her quality of her life/ relationships

  • Feels suppressed in her emotional expression, and has a tendency of people pleasing or lack of boundaries

  • Has a lack of connection and love for her physical body and feminine design and feels like she is rejecting herself because of it

The missing link to Menstrual Cycle Health...

At Blume Womb, our philosophy is that our hormonal health goes deeper than just the physical. Our emotional well-being is one of the most overlooked aspects of healing our menstrual cycle.

We do this through somatic work and learning the cycles of our womanhood and how these archetypes live within us.

The Maiden- the archetype of our Follicular Phase, Inner Spring and beginning stages of our adult life.

The Sorceress- the archetype of our Luteal Phase, Inner Autumn and the menopause season of our life.

The Crone- the archetype of our Menstrual Phase, Inner Winter and the elder season of our life.

Each of these live within our monthly menstrual cycle and reflects our larger life cycle.

Coming into healthy relationship with each is the missing link to balancing your menstrual cycle and coming into healthy relationship with your body and feminine design.

We dive into depth into each, so you can embody the fullness of being a woman, no longer neglecting different versions and pieces of you.

What you will be receiving:

Teachings on Menstrual Cycle Awareness

What Menstrual Cycle Awareness looks like and how to intentional implement it into your everyday life with every teaching and practice we move through.

A deep dive into the 4 phases of your menstrual cycle and how you can live in sync with them

In these 4 days, every day will prioritize a different phase of the cycle (Follicular/ Inner Spring, Ovulation/ Inner Summer, Luteal/ Inner Autumn, Menstrual/ Inner Winter), in which we will dive into the hormonal landscape, how to track your cycle and best support yourself in each phase.

Learning the feminine archetypes and exercises to embody and connect to them

We will be exploring feminine archetypes that a woman experiences in her larger life cycle and how they show up in her monthly menstrual cycle. These archetypes include the Maiden, the Mother, the Sorceress and the Crone, including all of their sub-archetypes.

Somatic Practices to take home with you

Throughout our 4 days together, we will dive deep into somatic work that support your internal process as we move through the journey of womanhood. These are tools you will be able to bring home and use in your day to day life.

Microdosing with psilocybin journey

You will be offered a Psilocybin microdose for an afternoon ceremony with the intention of connecting with your inner world, the Sorceress Archetype, and the magic of the Luteal Phase.

Menarche Reclamation Ceremony

Our Menarche is the experience of our first period. In this ceremony we will be recalling this experience, the imprints its left on us and reclaiming our power by voicing how we choose to honor our bleed moving forward.

Closing Cacao Ceremony

Ceremonial Cacao Ceremony will be our closing ceremony on the last day, which is also our Menstrual Phase day. This is a ritual you can bring home with you to honor your bleed.

Sisterhood and sitting in circle with other women

12 women who will become sisters to you by the end of these 4 days. We will hold space for each other to share, cry, laugh, grieve, express, and simply feel safety and being yourself.

Facilitation and support in your own personal journey

You will be supported by 3 different Facilitators over these 4 days, all offering their own toolbox, experience, and journey of being a woman, all from the same lineage of women- Mother, Daughter, Aunt. We provide hands on support which is why we keep our groups at 12 women maximum.

Organic homemade meals to match your cycle

We have a cook on staff who will provide home cooked meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Each day we will include recipes that match the phase of the cycle we are focused on so you can bring this home into your own kitchen to honor your cycle through nutrition.

Accommodation at the Aluna Sanctuary property

You have the option to choose a private room or a communal room. The Aluna Sanctuary is located in Northern California, on a beautiful plot of land, far away from the hustle and bustle of the regular day to day life.

Meet your Facilitators:

3 facilitators from different stages in their womanhood but from the same lineage of women- Mother, Daughter, Aunt.

Rebecca

Rebecca, founder of Blume Womb, is a menstrual cycle coach and womb healing facilitator. Blume Womb started because of her own journey of rediscovering her feminine essence after years of neglecting it. she realized that she grew up in a world in which no one was teaching women about their femininity, their cycle, or how sacred our womb actually is. She has studied Massage Therapy, Integrative Nutrition, Womb healing, and Menstrual Cycle Awareness.

Alexandra

Alexandra, co-founder of Aluna Healing, is a devoted guide in the realms of Tantra, women’s sexuality, transformational breathwork, and plant medicine. With over a decade of experience, her work is rooted in deep study and embodied practice across a range of modalities, including Quantum Angel Healing, massage therapy, Huna, Soul Body Fusion, and Tantra.

She is also Rebecca's Mother and Daniela's sister. <3

Daniela

Daniela, Co-founder of Aluna Healing, is a Plant Medicine Facilitator and Breathwork facilitator. She immersed herself into different body-related therapies like Rebalancing Bodywork®, tantric teachings, Kundalini yoga, Tibetan sound healing and vocal bodywork. She started working with plant medicine over a decade ago and now brings her wisdom to the Aluna Community.

Rebecca's Aunt and Alexandra's Sister. <3

  • When I think of the Blume Womb Retreat my heart feels full yet very spacious and free. There is so much I could say. The healing work and knowledge that was brought to everyone was so enriching and empowering that it is still completely mind blowing to me. I know I will feel and see the trickling of these precious gifts into my life for days, months and years to come. The quiet stillness and love that I feel inside is beyond something I ever expected. Being fully present with other women, I felt safe, open and nurtured. The healing work was amazing. I came into this not knowing anyone or really what I was doing except everything that the retreat offered was something I knew I needed in my soul, in my relationship with myself, my purpose, my lineage and my truth. I took a beautiful adventure with beautiful souls and also an adventure into myself. I am indebted to the facilitators of such a very beautiful experience. Thank you for your passionate work. I truly believe now that all of us women are now holding keys to something so precious which is a return to ourselves, unashamed and unafraid, standing in our power, creativity and femininity.

  • The entire Blume womb retreat was wonderful! I felt held, supported, seen, heard and loved. All of the women in the retreat were so open and vulnerable from the moment we walked into the yurt. There were so many sweet moments throughout the four days. Rebecca, Alex and Dani put so much love and attention to detail into the retreat. My favorite parts were wearing a dress that represented the phase we were discussing that day and where we shared how wishes for our heaven on earth. There was so much information shared that every woman should know. I loved how each one of the facilitators shared personal experiences. I would recommend this retreat to anyone who wants to learn more about the phases of their cycle, how to honor and flow within each of our phases, to connect with other women and wants to find the power we hold as women. I left the retreat feeling so light, energized and empowered. I can recommend this beautiful retreat enough!!

  • My four days at the BlumeWomb Retreat at the Aluna Healing Center felt truly like medicine and was a transformative experience. It was deeply authentic and healing. Educational. Nourishing. Resourcing. Ceremonial.

The BlumeWomb Retreat was exactly what I had been looking for and was my first Womens / self-work retreat, as well as my first deep dive into really getting to know my cycle. I was quite nervous driving in and deeply at ease and empowered driving away.

The retreat was well balanced; the exercises progressed well and built upon themselves over our 4 days together. The container set felt strong and warm and safe. The facilitation was well structured, created a harmonious flow with forward movement; encouraged shares and experiences to be taken just past the "comfort" level or ones edge, though was not imposing or over powering. The group size of 9, plus three facilitators, was perfect and I value greatly the women that came together from many different walks of life and a large span of ages.

The food was nothing short of amazing. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and nourishing, which only added to the overall feeling of restoration. It was delicious, wholesome, and perfectly aligned with the energy of the retreat.

The space we shared at Aluna Healing Center was clean and beautifully designed; every detail thoughtfully considered. It radiates a peaceful energy that made it the perfect environment for healing and reflection.

What an epic experience, adventure and journey this was! I am already seeking out my next opportunity to work with BlumeWomb and this retreat gave me so much more than I expected. I left feeling empowered, knowledgeable, rejuvenated, and deeply connected to a community of incredible women. It was a beautiful reminder of the power we hold as women when we come together.

If you're considering this retreat, I highly recommend it and give it 5 stars.

  • The Blume Womb retreat was everything I could have asked for and more! Honoring cyclical living in sacred ceremony with other woman everyday was such a special experience that left me feeling even more grateful to be a woman! Rebecca is so knowledgable in what she does and offered such valuable tools for us to take home and honor each season of our cycle. Alex and Dani are experts at holding space and helping you dig deeper. They all offered such a safe space for our truest selves to shine. Every woman should experience this!!

    -Jasmine

  • This retreat was inspiring, transformative, deeply nourishing and left me with a new archetypal language with which to look at the different seasons and cycles of my life. I am so grateful to have been a part of it and want to thank Rebecca, Alex and Dani for creating such a beautiful container to heal in sisterhood. -Adrienne

  • My favorite exercises from the retreat were the yoni speaking exercises, 5 chambers of menstruation activities, and the menarche reclamation ceremony. I really enjoyed the sharing circle each morning to reflect on the previous days lessons as well. I also loved when we each took a piece of clothing off to release something and danced around naked. Very empowering and peaceful too, to be in the absence of shame.

    -Riley

  • What an epic experience, adventure, journey!! YES. I am just such a big yes and am already seeking out my next retreat / workshop opportunity. The BlumeWomb Retreat was exactly what I was looking for. This was my first Womens retreat / self-work retreat. I was quite nervous driving in and deeply at ease and empowered driving away. I made a commitment to show up, fully, for myself and the container. And I did. This opportunity, to observe and hold space for others, while also to fully own and feel held in the space that I needed to take up for these three days was very healing for me and will continue on in my life. My sense of acceptance and safety with women, sitting with a group of women, has cracked open and I am feeling the softness and openness to be seen trickle in. The retreat was well balanced I felt, the exercises progressed well, built upon themselves. The container felt strong and warm and safe. The facilitation was well structured, created a good flow and forward movement, encouraged shares and experiences to be taken just past the "comfort" level or ones edge; though was not imposing or over powering.

  • I went into the retreat excited to learn about my womb and the cycles we go through each month, but I was blown away with how much I learned, connected, and integrated. The sisterhood I felt, the reclamation to myself, and the knowledge I now have are all pieces I will keep with me for my lifetime. I am so deeply grateful for Rebecca, Dani, and Alex!

    -April

  • I loved how much attention to detail and all the sweet moments that were created. I felt held and seen the entire time.

  • There is a different kind of healing that happens in community. I had a beautiful few days that I would describe as life changing. Please keep sharing your teachings, the world needs it!
